Run your company on one record.

HR and workforce operations for growing Indian teams. Geofenced attendance, leave, payroll with PF, ESI, PT and LWF, expenses and assets — all reading one employee record.

Run your company on one record.

Hire a person once. Attendance, leave, payroll, assets and appraisals all read the same record — so nobody is retyped, and nothing drifts apart.

Attendance. Leave. Payroll. Compliance.

The four things that eat a Monday morning, handled before you open the laptop.

PF. ESI. PT. LWF. Form 16. Form 24Q.

Statutory India is inside the payroll engine, not bolted on in March.

From offer letter to final settlement.

Offer, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, transfer, exit — one timeline per person, start to finish.

The usual setup

Nine tools that have never met each other.

Most growing companies here do not have an HR problem. They have a copy-paste problem — the same employee, entered nine times, in nine places that disagree by the 30th.

Before

Scattered

  • Attendance in a shared sheet somebody forgets to close on the 31st.
  • Leave approved in a chat thread and remembered by nobody.
  • Payroll emailed out as a workbook and returned as a PDF you cannot query.
  • PF and ESI figures retyped by hand into separate portals.
  • Laptops, SIM cards and access badges tracked in a notebook.
  • Offer letters written by editing last year's offer letter.
With Quorel People

One record

  • The employee is created once, at hire, and every module reads that record.
  • Sign-in is validated against a geofence you drew on a map — web or phone.
  • Payroll computes PF, ESI, professional tax and LWF from that same record.
  • Form 16 and quarterly Form 24Q come out of the runs you already made.
  • Assets are issued to a person, with a service desk and an SLA behind them.
  • Letters are generated from the record, so the details are already correct.

What is inside

Eighteen modules. One login. No add-on pricing per feature.

Turn on what you need, role by role. Every module writes back to the same employee record, which is the only reason any of this stays in step.

Attendance with geofenced sign-in

Draw the site on a map, set the radius, and sign-in is validated against it. Per-organisation modes for strict or advisory enforcement, so a field team and a head office can follow different rules without two systems.

Indian payroll, end to end

Annual CTC in, monthly derived, salary structure your own. PF, ESI, professional tax and labour welfare fund computed in the run; payslips show the structure you actually built; Form 16 and Form 24Q fall out of it.

Leave

Policies, balances, holiday calendars and an approval chain that ends in the same place payroll reads from.

Field & travel expenses

Claims raised from the phone, approved on a chain, settled with payroll — receipts attached to the person, not to an inbox.

Visitor passes

Front desk sign-in, host notification and a pass that expires — a real log of who was on the premises and when.

Recruitment → onboarding → confirmation

One lifecycle, not three products. Openings and candidates, offer, joining formalities, document collection, probation and confirmation — each stage writing to the record the rest of the company already reads. The same timeline carries transfers and, at the end, the final settlement.

Performance & OKRs

Objectives, check-ins, 1:1s and review cycles — attached to people and teams, visible to the manager who owns them.

IT assets & service desk

Assets issued to a person, service requests with SLAs, damage and recovery handled against the right record — with its own permission axis, separate from HR roles.

Documents & HR letters

Templates for offers, confirmations, experience and relieving letters — merged from the record, versioned, stored against the employee.

Projects & timesheets

Where the hours went, by project and by person, on the same clock attendance already keeps.

Analytics & reports

Headcount, attrition, attendance and payroll cost, built from live records. Build a report, subscribe to it, and it arrives on schedule instead of being rebuilt every month.

Self-service, installable

Employees mark attendance, apply for leave, raise claims and pull payslips from a progressive web app they install from the browser — no store, no separate download, works on the phones your team already carries.

Analytics

The shape of your organisation, drawn from the records you already keep.

Headcount, attendance, leave and service-desk views are built from the same records payroll reads — no export, no monthly rebuild. The four below are sample views carrying illustrative figures, not any customer's numbers.

Attendance across a month

India-first

Statutory India is the floor. Not an add-on module.

Plenty of payroll software is a salary calculator wearing an Indian skin — the statutory part arrives as a spreadsheet you fill in yourself, in March, from numbers the system will not give you cleanly.

Quorel People computes it inside the run. Provident fund, employees' state insurance, professional tax and labour welfare fund come off the same employee record that attendance and leave already wrote to. Nothing is retyped, so nothing disagrees.

At year end, Form 16 and the quarterly Form 24Q are generated from the runs you already made — not reconstructed in a reconciliation exercise the week before the deadline.

Provident Fund ESI Professional Tax Labour Welfare Fund Form 16 Form 24Q GST-ready INR invoicing

Rates and slabs are configuration, not code — state-wise professional tax and LWF are set per organisation, so a change in one state does not wait for a release.

Security

Payroll data, treated like payroll data.

Salaries, PAN numbers and bank details live in here. The controls below are what the product actually does today.

Encrypted at rest and in transit

Every request runs over TLS, and the database and stored files sit on encrypted disks.

Two-factor authentication

Available on any account, and worth turning on for everyone who can see a payroll run.

Role-based access

Eight roles, plus a separate IT permission axis. Permissions are enforced on the server, not merely hidden in the interface.

Audit trail

Who changed what, and when — kept per organisation, so a disputed number has an answer.

We hold no SOC 2 or ISO certification and do not claim one. If that changes, this page will say so, with the certificate number.
